These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the registered user ("User", "you", "your"), and AW999 (hereinafter "AW999", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). AW999 operates as an online sports betting and casino gaming platform delivering services in English to users primarily based in Pakistan.

By accessing the AW999 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without modification. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform.

AW999 does not hold a licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority. The platform operates under an international licensing framework. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. You are solely responsible for determining whether gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before participating.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created on the AW999 platform following successful registration and identity verification.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, denominated in the currency selected at registration (PKR where applicable).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spins value or matched deposit bonus credited to an Account pursuant to an active promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on qualifying games before they may be withdrawn as cash.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required under AML obligations.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering controls applied by AW999 in accordance with its licensing obligations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to or use of online gambling services is unlawful.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed on a sporting event outcome, casino game, or other eligible market available on the platform.
• "Payment Rails" refers to payment infrastructure referenced contextually on this platform, including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These are mentioned as familiar Pakistani payment references only and do not imply any affiliation, partnership or endorsement of gambling by those providers.
• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, the date from which the current version of these Terms applies.

Your use of the AW999 platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance occurs at the earliest of the following: (a) completing the account registration process; (b) making a deposit into your Account; or (c) placing any Bet or Wager on the platform.

AW999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. If you disagree with any revision, you must close your Account and cease using the platform before the revised Terms take effect.

These Terms apply alongside any specific rules published in relation to individual sports markets, casino games, bonus promotions or special events. In the event of conflict between these Terms and any supplementary rules, the supplementary rules will prevail in relation to their specific subject matter.

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on AW999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are a natural person aged 18 years or older — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction — at the time of registration and at all subsequent times.
• You have full legal capacity under the laws of your jurisdiction to enter into binding contracts.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party.
• You do not already hold an active Account on the AW999 platform. Only one Account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances or winnings may be voided.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on AW999 or a cross-operator self-exclusion agreement covering this platform.
• Your participation is for personal entertainment only and not as a commercial activity or professional gambling operation.

To access real-money services on AW999, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide true, current and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes.

AW999 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage:

• Government-issued photographic identification (e.g., National Identity Card, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., bank statement, screenshot of e-wallet account)
• Source of funds documentation for deposits above applicable thresholds

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted using your Account login — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. All deposits into your AW999 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. AW999 reserves the right to request supporting evidence at any time to confirm payment method ownership.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification completion. Where verification is pending or documents have not been satisfactorily provided, AW999 may place a hold on withdrawal processing until the matter is resolved. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method selected, your account verification status, and any applicable compliance review requirements.

Payment methods referenced on this platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are mentioned as contextual examples of payment infrastructure familiar to Pakistani users. Their availability for gambling-related transactions is subject to the respective providers' own terms, policies and applicable regulations. AW999 makes no warranty regarding availability of any specific payment method at any given time.

Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) amounts are referenced on this platform, they are illustrative unless confirmed to you directly within your Account at the time of transaction. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are set by the operator and may include a margin.

All sports bets placed on AW999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market. By placing a Bet, you acknowledge that you have read and accept the rules for that market. Key principles include:

• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which your Bet is accepted. In-play markets may have a brief delay and your Bet will be accepted at the odds available upon confirmation.
• AW999 reserves the right to void any Bet where there is evidence of a system error, odds pricing error or market suspension that affected the Bet's acceptance.
• Cricket matches including PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments and bilateral series are governed by standard cricket betting rules, including provisions for abandoned, reduced-over and DLS-affected matches. Specific rules are published within each market.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for virtual games and by live stream results for Live Dealer tables. AW999 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and vary by event, market type and account tier. These are displayed at the point of bet placement.

AW999 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions and other incentive schemes from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to their own specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be processed. The applicable multiplier is stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Maximum Bet: During active bonus play, a maximum single-bet limit applies (e.g., PKR 1,000 or PKR 2,000 per round depending on the offer). Bets exceeding this limit may cause the bonus and associated winnings to be voided.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%–20%). Game contribution rates are listed in each offer's terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses expire within the period stated in the offer (typically 7–30 days from issue). Expired bonuses and any associated pending winnings are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus Per User: Promotions are available to one account per person, household, device, IP address and payment method. Attempts to claim multiple instances of a promotion using duplicate accounts will result in all bonuses being voided and may lead to permanent account suspension.
• AW999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the AW999 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the platform
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC
• Using another person's identity or payment credentials
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity (money laundering)
• Using automated software, bots or scripted tools to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing anomalies to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other users in multiplayer games, including poker or live dealer tables
• Attempting to access or interfere with other users' accounts or platform systems
• Allowing a minor (anyone under the applicable minimum age) to access or use your Account
• Any activity AW999 reasonably determines to constitute abuse of the platform or its promotional structures

All content on the AW999 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, page layout and design — is the intellectual property of AW999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, transmit, distribute or create derivative works from any platform content without AW999's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AW999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, or any losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures or force majeure events.

AW999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit AW999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

AW999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options to help users manage their gambling activity. These tools are accessible through your Account settings at any time.

Gambling is intended as entertainment. If you feel that your gambling is causing you financial, emotional or personal harm, we strongly encourage you to use the available responsible gambling tools or to contact our support team to initiate self-exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, promotional communications will be suppressed.

AW999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account has been used in breach of these Terms
• The User has provided false or misleading registration information
• Suspicious or fraudulent transaction activity has been identified
• A regulatory requirement or court order requires Account action
• Continued operation of the Account poses an AML or fraud risk to the platform

Upon closure of an Account, any verified real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC and compliance checks.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting support. Closure does not remove your obligations under any outstanding wagers or transactions.

AW999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-platform notification where practicable.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the platform after the Effective Date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any revision, you must stop using the platform and may request Account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AW999 holds its operating licence. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, casino game result or account transaction, you should contact AW999 support in the first instance. AW999 will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. If the matter cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, you may be referred to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanism available under the applicable licence.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief before a court of competent jurisdiction.
